CP was asked to support the development of a strategic plan for the next three-to-five years, with focus on the organization’s structure. Our team presented key findings and recommendations to the board, including a range of viable alternatives for organizational structure. We subsequently worked with the client team to develop a strategic plan.

Working with a task force from the School’s community, we conducted interviews to solicit the opinions and buy-in from various stakeholder groups, conducted focus groups, and provided a point-of-view on name implementation (i.e., graphics, tagline, communications to the school community).

CP was asked to help develop a pricing model for a prevention education curriculum. We analyzed the cost of providing prevention education training, performed competitor pricing analysis, and developed a pricing model for delivering the curriculum, and made recommendations around program implementation

CP was asked to help respond to the COVID-19 crisis. We helped assess the current business model and how the organization could adjust it to respond to the crisis; what was needed right away with the current and future fundraising; what lessons learned from peer organizations to apply to respond to the crisis; and start planning for the fall and 2021.
